### 14. Can I verify the transaction immediately? When a token balance changes in Megaton Finance, a notification appears in the upper right corner, but the results are not immediately visible. What is the process of pending and claim? If you have deposited token A but not token B, you can either withdraw it in the Pending tab or deposit only B token. # WTON Gateway WTON is the first Jetton standard token supported 1:1 with the Toncoin within the TON Network. The Jetton Token Standard defines how tokens are transferred within the TON network and how to keep a consistent record of transfers between tokens. The purpose of the release of the asset linked with the TON token is 1) due to the nature of the TON network, which is based on the TON token, it cannot implement various functions based on the smart contract itself, and 2) an ecosystem outside of TON (ex. Token exchange is executed based on the equation of Uniswap v2 AMM, x \* y = k, and slippage occurs during token swap. When exchanging tokens on Megaton Finance's pool, the transaction fee of 0.1% is incurred according to each liquidity pool's fee policy. The transaction fees are paid 100% to LP.
### **Pool Creation and Swap** Liquidity pools in Megaton Finance are built on WTON, ETH, USDT, etc. If you want to create additional liquidity pools, you can add pools by pairing WTON and other tokens. Since all pools are created based on WTON, and there is no routing function in the early version of Megaton Finance, you need to go through two swap processes when swapping tokens other than WTON.\ When swapping oUSDT to oDAI, you have to swap first oUSDT to WTON, then swap WTON to oDAI in the WTON-oDAI pool.
### **Pricing Algorithm for x \* y = k** \- x: WTON / y: MEGA\ \- Assuming that the number of reserves of x and y supplied to the pools is 100 each\ \- x(100) \* y(100) = k(10,000)\ \- If a trader pays 10 WTON and purchases MEGA, the number of MEGA the trader acquires and the number of MEGA tokens remaining in the pool is calculated as follows:\ \ **a. Amount of WTON remaining in the pool**\ x(110) \* y(Reserve) = 10,000\ y(Reserve) = 90.9 MEGA\ \ \ **b. Amount of MEGA the trader earns**\ **100 - 90.9 MEGA = 9.1 MEGA**\ In the examples we have seen, the token price ratio of the initial WTON/MEGA pool was 1:1. So the trader would have paid 10 TON and expected to receive 10 MEGA. However, the amount of MEGA acquired by the trader is 9.1 MEGA. In this way, in the x \* y = k algorithm, the difference between the price of the token you ordered and the price of the token for which the actual transaction was concluded is called slippage. Traders must check the slippage before placing a swap order.
# Yield Farm ### Providing Liquidity and LP Token \ A liquidity pool is a collection of digital assets held in smart contracts and plays a key role in the operation of decentralized exchanges. Users can deposit their assets in various pools on the Megaton Finance and receive LP Tokens as proof of this. The number of LP Tokens received represents my share of the total pool (%).\ \ ex) If you deposit $10,000 in the WTON-oUSDT pool in Megaton Finance, each $5,000 worth of assets will be added to the pool in a 50:50 ratio between WTON and oUSDT. Prohibited Use** You are strictly prohibited from, and agree to refrain from, engaging in any of the following restricted activities: a. Use any manual or automated software, device, or process (including but not limited to spiders or other data mining tools) to “scrape” or download data from any Bot or the Site (except that we grant operators of public search engines revocable permission to do so for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices (but not caches or archives) of related appropriate, permissible content; f. Access or use any Bot or any part of our Site or Bot software to build a similar or competitive Bot, website, or service; g. Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any Bot Content except to the extent expressly permitted in this Agreement; h. Remove or destroy any copyright notice or other proprietary marking on or in our Bot software or any Bot Content. We and our third-party suppliers and service providers reserve all rights even if it is not expressly written in the Service or the Agreement. Any unauthorized use of any Bot or Bot software terminates the licenses granted to you; i. Take any action using the Bot or publish any Bot Content for purposes other than what is clearly expressly permissible by us, or that, in our opinion, is in any manner inconsistent with or violates any applicable laws or regulations or disparages, tarnishes, or otherwise harms, us or our Bot software; j. Engage or attempt to engage in any potentially harmful act directed against our Bot or related systems or Infrastructure, including any violation of any security features, the introduction of viruses, worms, or other harmful code; q. Transactions related to illegal services, fraudulent schemes, pyramids, dark net, extortion, money laundering, terrorist financing, subjects of sanctions regimes, and other categories at unacceptable risk for T\@connect; or r. Any fiat money-related use. We reserve the right to freeze funds, terminate or suspend your account or license to use if suspicious transactions of such prohibited use are detected, and to report to the competent authorities as required by any applicable legislation. **6. Suspension, Termination, and Cancellation** T\@connect may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to any or all of the Services if: a. There is a valid subpoena, court order, or compulsory order from a public authority so requires; b. We reasonably suspect your prohibited use of T\@connect; c. The use of your T\@connect account is under any legal proceedings, investigation, or government proceedings which may put us at legal risk; d. We believe that there is an increased risk of non-compliance with legal or regulatory requirements relating to your use of T\@connect; e. Our service partners cannot support your use of the Service; f. You take actions that, in our sole discretion, circumvent the rules and controls we have established, including but not limited to opening multiple T\@connect accounts or abusing promotions that T\@connect may offer from time to time; or g. You are in breach of this Agreement and other T\@connect policies. **7. Intellectual Property Rights** All intellectual property rights in relation to Service shall belong to us. You are entitled only to the use of the Service within the scope of the purposes for Service use in accordance with the methods set forth by us in this Agreement, etc., and under no circumstances shall have the right to modify, register or cancel intellectual property rights owned by us. **8. Dispute** a. Disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea regardless of conflict of laws principles. These disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court. b. Any claim or dispute arising under the terms of this Agreement will take place on an individual basis without resorting to any form of class or representative action (“Class Action Waiver”). This class action waiver precludes any party from participating in or being represented in any class or representative action regarding a claim. **9. Responsibilities of The Parties; Limitation of Liability** a. T\@connect is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of information provided by the bot. b. Secure access to your virtual wallet in the bot must be ensured by yourself. T\@connect accepts no responsibility for unauthorized access or unauthorized management of virtual assets in your virtual wallet in the bot. You must take all precautions to limit unauthorized access to your virtual wallet and you are responsible for taking appropriate security measures to access your telegram account. c. The user’s obligations under this agreement include recording and securely maintaining any passwords or secret recovery phrases that relate to your use of the service. You acknowledge that certain methods of securing your secret recovery phrase, such as storing it as a digital file on your personal device or on a cloud storage provider, may increase the risk that your account or secret recovery phrase will be compromised. You further acknowledge that you will not share with us nor any other third party any password or secret recovery phrase that relates to your use of the service and that we will not be held responsible if you do share any such password or phrase, whether you do so knowingly or unknowingly. For the avoidance of doubt, we take no responsibility whatsoever for any theft of a secret recovery phrase that involved intrusion into a cloud provider’s data repository. If you lose the secret recovery phrase, you may permanently lose access to the virtual assets stored in your virtual wallet. d. We are not responsible for any circumstances that affect the transaction after the virtual assets have been sent to the address you have provided. If there is confirmation on the blockchain that the virtual assets have been sent, our obligations will be treated as fully discharged. e. You are responsible for the correctness of the virtual wallet address you provide in the event of loss of virtual assets if the address proves to be incorrect, invalid, or unsuitable for a particular type of virtual asset. f. We do not guarantee the continuity of the service, and of the functions within it. any service or functions provided within the service can be suspended, changed, or terminated permanently without individual notice in advance, and the service itself may be terminated or changed. g. We accept no responsibility for any damage or interruption caused by any computer viruses, spyware, scareware, trojans, worms, or other malicious software that may affect your computer or other equipment, or any phishing, spoofing, or other attacks. We recommend the regular use of verified and easily accessible virus-checking and prevention software. h. Although we take all necessary and reasonable measures to keep the service up and running, we shall not be liable for obstructions in service use unless such obstructions are caused by our intent or gross negligence. i. We, or the service, do not store, keep in custody, or save your virtual assets, but only provide the bot to access your virtual assets, which are stored in the blockchain platform/mainnet operated by a third-party unrelated to us; we shall not liable for any damages caused by failure of such platform unless such damages are caused by our intent or gross negligence. j. The services are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as required by law with respect to the software or websites, including but not limited to warranties or conditions of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not represent or warrant that we or any other associated software will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete, and error-free or will operate without loss. ### Introduction Staking MEGA reduces the inflation of MEGA circulating in the market, increasing the token's value and trustworthiness.\ Upon distribution of MEGA in the staking menu, an NFT is minted to your wallet as proof of stake. Holding NFTs entitles users to a variety of benefits, including exclusive events and membership rewards for staking participants. Once the mandatory lockup period for holding NFTs has passed, they can be unstaked and claimed. The NFTs will be automatically burned, and users will receive their staked principal and interest back. You can also choose not to unstake after the expiration date and continue to enjoy the benefits of membership. Staking participants play an important role in Megaton Finance as they are the most trusted and direct supporters of MEGA. Megaton Finance will continue to offer various benefits for staking participants. ### Staking A proof of stake, known as an NFT, is issued in limited quantities and is divided into eight tiers.\ The issue volume, MEGA staking requirement, and APR (\*6 months) are all different for each tier, so it is important to choose the right tier for staking. It contributes to the public-friendly blockchain ecosystem establishment for TON and promotes on-chain liquidity by providing various incentives for users. At the moment, Megaton Finance uses the following two methods to vitalize the community and liquidity supply. First, all transaction fees generated by liquidity pools are returned to users. Early on, Megaton Finance achieved the anticipated results in maximizing user participation and promoting a decentralized financial service but has also encountered some limitations. Considering the current market conditions and mid-to-long-term sustainability of Megaton Finance, we devised a policy that would add diversity to the community’s incentive structure. As well as offering MEGA incentives to liquidity providers, the main objective is to attract new users and strengthen the community. This proposal lays the foundation for establishing the policy mentioned above. We will continue to award MEGA incentives to all liquidity pools within Megaton Finance; however, the ratio will be lowered from 100% to 30%. The remaining 70% will go to the newly created Community Liquidity Treasury. Megaton Finance is designed to provide users with an easy-to-use interface that integrates directly with the TON blockchain wallet, to swap various digital assets and to provide liquidity. For reliable network/service while using Megaton Finance, please read the following guideline carefully. * We recommend you access the service with only one instance/tab. * The service may be limited if you use multiple instances/tabs for a prolonged period of time, use a public/shared IP access point, and/or there is an excessive amount of connection requests. * If you are having difficulty with connectivity for whatever reason, please close all instances/tabs and access the service after at least 1 hour before re-connecting. **This guideline contains important information regarding the usage of Megaton Finance, which users should familiarize themselves with. Please read this article carefully. Using Megaton Finance constitutes acceptance of terms and risks, and assumes that the user has read this guideline in full.** ## Asset deposit/withdrawal Users should be aware of the following in depositing and withdrawing assets. * **To request a transaction, the user must have a TON wallet to hold TON-based assets, along with a minimum amount of TON to use for transaction fees.** * **As such, An asset that is not a TON-compatible Token (WTON) and based on other blockchains including but not limited to Ethereum, Klaytn, and Polygon must be converted into a TON-compatible format (o-asset) through Orbit Bridge prior to being deposited into Megaton Finance.** Users must **carefully check the asset type and address** in depositing and withdrawing from Megaton Finance. **If the user deposits an asset that is unsupported on the TON blockchain or misenters the deposit address, the asset will not be deposited and may be permanently lost.** * Megaton Finance is a decentralized interface where the private keys of users are not stored centrally. This means deposit error due to user negligence is, by system design, impossible to reverse, including for assets mentioned above. This means that the way Megaton Finance can and will handle wrongly deposited assets is inherently different from how it is dealt with at centralized exchanges such as Binance, Gate.io, Kucoin, Huobi, Upbit, and Bithumb. * Megaton Finance is continually improving upon its user interface to lower the rate of wrong deposit incidents, including but not limited to, showing warnings, and announcements. [**Go to Orbit Bridge >**](https://bridge.orbitchain.io/) ## Providing Liquidity(Deposit), Removing Liquidity(Withdraw), Swap You can act as a Liquidity Provider by providing liquidity to a Liquidity Pool (yield farm) in Megaton Finance; however, you must be fully aware of the risks involved and must make responsible financial decisions on your own accord. **1. Assets**\ Megaton Finance is a decentralized interface that **does not have its protocol authority centralized to a specific entity.**\ The user is responsible for all trading activities made through Megaton Finance and is also responsible for all **due diligence (DD) regarding the token to be bought, and the company or foundation** behind the said token. It is entirely your responsibility to be aware of the risks involved, in trading a token or providing liquidity for a token. **2. Price**\ The liquidity pool ratio of tokens within the contract determines the price of each token within Megaton Finance. As an automated Smart Contract is responsible for adjustment to price as per the formula (x\*y=k), **the price shown on the Megaton Finance interface may not be the same as prices shown at exchanges, and cannot be guaranteed for accurate prices.** **\[Article**[**\] How AMM predicts prices**](https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/what-is-an-automated-market-maker-amm) The price of each token at the point of deposit, withdrawal, and swap is determined as per the formula above (the swap ratio of a token pair) and is not determined by the amount of the swap. The swap ratio of two tokens may also change through the number of people participating in the swap. This may result in the actual number of tokens achieved after a swap differing from the number displayed on the Megaton Finance interface. **Megaton Finance Protocol has safety mechanisms in place to minimize losses resulting from a change in swap ratio, by limiting the range in which the swap request is executed. However, it is the user’s responsibility to carefully check the ratio prior to executing pool deposit, withdrawal, and swap.** **3. Provision of existing pair**\ Users can earn returns from MEGA distribution, and transaction fee distribution by depositing their assets in existing pair deposit services through the Megaton Finance interface. **However, should the price of assets change drastically due to market fluctuations, the value of the user assets in the pool may be different from the expected value, even to a point of a loss.** However, these losses are finalized upon withdrawal from the pool, and for this reason, these losses are called “Impermanent Loss’ - of which you can find out more details in the link below. If the price difference between the two assets becomes closer to what they were at the time of depositing into the pool, the actual loss would minimize. This means Megaton Finance wields no control over individual Liquidity Pools or the trust of a swap. **It is the user’s responsibility to carefully consider the benefits and risks related, by taking into consideration the token price and ratio at the moment of swap.** * Expected return rate, token price, and all other information provided by the Megaton Finance interface serve to help users make informed decisions for providing liquidity, removing liquidity, swapping, and should not be used to make financial decisions. **Megaton Finance is designed to provide, within a reasonable scope, accurate information, but does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of the data.** * Megaton Finance is not responsible for user loss of assets, and for generating profit that is less than the projected profit, resulting from the use of Megaton Finance. * Megaton Finance does not guarantee the continuity of Megaton Finance service, and of the functions within.
